2. Bookings & quotes

Quotes submitted via Book Now are estimates unless confirmed in writing. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the property condition or scope differs materially from the information provided.

3. Access & preparation

You agree to provide safe access to the property at the agreed time. Please secure valuables and inform us of hazards, pets or special instructions in advance.

4. Cancellations & rescheduling
